Is there a security deposit required at Royals Classy?

No. Royals Classy offers car rentals in Sardinia with absolutely no deposit. We do not block any funds on your card, and we don’t require a security bond – the price you see during booking is the final price.

Can I book a car via phone or email?

Car reservations can only be made through our website. Phone and email contact are available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding the rental process.

Does making a reservation online mean it's automatically confirmed?

No. Placing a booking on the website does not constitute an automatic confirmation. You will receive a separate email informing you whether your reservation has been confirmed.

Note: If you receive a cancellation email, it means no cars are available for those dates. In such cases, please contact us by phone to check availability in other car segments.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 14 days before your planned rental to ensure availability. However, due to high demand and a limited fleet, we advise booking as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Changing the dates or pickup time is possible — please contact our team, preferably before the scheduled pickup.

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental: The deposit will be fully refunded.
What are the requirements to rent a car?

To rent with Royals Classy, you must:

  • Present a valid driver’s license.
  • Show an ID card or passport.
  • No credit card or deposit is required.
Can I add a second driver?

Yes. A second driver is included in the rental price at no extra cost.

Is there a mileage limit?

No. All our vehicles come with unlimited mileage.

How does the car insurance work?

All cars include Full Insurance (SCDW) in the price, with zero excess (no deductible) in the event of damage.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Child seats and boosters are provided free of charge.

What is the fuel policy?

We operate on a Full-to-Full basis. You receive the car with a full tank and must return it full. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges.

Can I return the car to a different location?

Yes. One-way rentals (returning the car to a different city) are possible for an additional fee, which will be clearly shown during the online booking process.

Can I take the car outside of Sardinia?

Driving the vehicle outside of Sardinia without the rental company’s prior consent is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

What should I do in case of an accident or collision?

In the event of an incident, you must:

  1. Immediately contact Royals Classy customer service.
  2. Call the local police if necessary.
  3. Complete an accident report (CID).
What if my flight is delayed?

Our team monitors flight statuses and will wait for you until your plane lands.

Is there an extra charge for night-time pickup?

No. After-hours or night-time pickup does not incur extra fees, provided it is arranged in the original booking.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Extensions are possible. Please contact Royals Classy in advance to confirm the car’s availability for the extra period.

Can I rent a car for a wedding or special event?

Yes. Our vintage cars are perfect for weddings, special events, and photoshoots.
